Prince, Paris and Blanket have been living at the Jackson family Hayvenhurst home in which more than a dozen family members live. Their 80-year-old grandmother Katherine Jackson has legal custody since their father’s death last summer.

The big problem, a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com, is that the other children living in the house are out of control. The source blames Jermaine and Randy Jackson.

“Jermaine and Randy [Jackson] are the biggest ego-maniacal, self-centered people that have ever walked the face of the earth,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “They’re not raising their kids.”

Recently, several incidents, including one in which Michael’s son Blanket was allegedly chased with a stun gun by Jermaine’s 13-year-old son Jaafar, are raising red flags and have led to a Department of Children and Family Services investigation.

The chaos in the house is beyond Katherine’s ability to control, the source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com. “Ms. Jackson is wonderful, loving and committed to her family, but the other children [living in the house] don’t get the supervision they need from their parents and it’s hard for Katherine to change that behavior,” the source said.

Following the stun gun incident, RadarOnline.com obtained a video showing more violent and disturbing behavior, with Jermaine’s son Jaafar hitting his 9-year-old brother in the head with such force that it knocks him off camera and to the ground.

“Any kid that grows up with that sense of privilege…you can just imagine the behavior that’s viewed as acceptable,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

“It’s disturbing,” the source continues. “This is not something that Michael’s children are used to. They were brought up in a loving home. They’re not used to experiencing this kind of violence.”

With everything imploding inside the Jackson home, should Michael’s children be placed with another guardian? The insider says it’s not that simple.

“What are the options? Michael was very careful about who and what his children were exposed to,” said the source. “They need someone who can be a constant for them…hopefully that person can be Grace [Jackson nanny Grace Rwaramba]. Her concern has always been for Michael and now it is for his children. She is absolutely dedicated to their well being.”

Cherilyn, who still “communicates” with the Jacksons, is unfazed by the stun gun story.

“All I can say is that boys will be boys,” she told E! News at Friday’s MMPA Oscar Week Student Filmmakers Luncheon.

“Boys play. That type of play, we just have to watch people.

“Boys are going to do whatever they can. They are teenagers.”

Asked as to how Michael’s kids are doing, Cherilyn said:

“For any child losing a parent is very difficult, but they have a strong family and they have their cousins. They’re actually doing great.”

Asked what Michael’s kids are like, she said:

“The kids are wonderful. They’re very intelligent, they’re very alert, they speak more than one language.

“They’re well disciplined children. That was something Michael really wanted.

“They’re very loving, well adjusted kids.”

“They’re very creative children. They have that from their father,” she said. “Whatever they do is going to be very special.”

Asked if she thought Katherine Jackson was the best guardian for the kids, Cherilyn said:

“Most definitely. They love her. ”

During a shopping trip in Calabasas earlier today, Rowe said she knows nothing about the investigation into the stun gun incident at the Jackson compound in Encino—where Michael’s kids and Jermaine’s kids are all currently living with Katherine Jackson.

But Rowe did admit that she was aware of the reports that Jaafar Jackson was playing with a stun gun while Blanket was nearby. When asked if she was worried about Blanket, Rowe said, “Of course I’m worried … why would I not be worried about a child? He is their brother.”

Rowe claimed she’s never been to the Jackson compound—but told us she has been visiting Michael’s tomb recently and tries to visit as often as she can.

“The family is debating putting the kids in a school in the next term,” a family friend confirmed.

Prince, Paris and Blanket have been home-schooled while their cousins who live with them at the family’s Encino, Calif., compound attend regular school.

The decision was in part based on interest from Jackson’s three children.

“They see the other kids go to school,” the family friend said about the children’s inspiration to be more amongst their peers. No final decision has yet to be made.

The interviews occur in the wake of a stun-gun incident that prompted the state agency’s investigation.

And despite the controversy there will be no change in the living arrangements where Michael Jackson’s children reside, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

With California’s Department of Children and Family Services investigating, Katherine Jackson’s attorney, Adam Streisand tells RadarOnline.com that Jermaine Jackson’s kids will not be moving out.

“At this point, there is no plan for any change in the living arrangements of Jermaine Jackson’s children. At no time was Blanket, or either of Michael’s children anywhere near the stun gun,” Streisand told RadarOnline.com.

“Michael’s children are being interviewed by the Department of Children and Family Services today (Wednesday),” the attorney told us.

“The only short term changes that are going to be made regarding the kids living at the Jackson family compound will be restricting their internet and computer use.

“This is very hard for Katherine Jackson, this poor woman just can’t get a break. I don’t know who reported this to DCFS, but whomever did, it was a malicious person that is giving false information.”

Jermaine Jackson’s children, Jaafar and Jermajesty, 9, live at the Encino house, with their cousins, Michael’s three children, Prince Michael, Paris, and Blanket.

ABCnews.com reported that as many as 14 people live in the house at any given time, including Alejandra Oaziaza, the mother of Jaafar and Jermajesty and also the mother of Randy Jackson’s children Genevieve, 20, and Randy Jr., 18, both of whom also live at the house.

ABC also reported that Omer Bhatti, 25, once rumored to be Michael’s son, also lives at the house.

LOS ANGELES, Calif.—A lawyer for Katherine Jackson has issued a statement following reports that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services visited the home she shares with her grandchildren—Michael Jackson’s kids, Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket—after a stun gun was reportedly confiscated from the premises.

“Two weeks ago, Jermaine Jackson’s 13-year old son, Jaafar, who lives with his mother Alejandra at the home of Mrs. Katherine Jackson, received a package with a stun gun he ordered online,” the statement, released by Katherine’s attorney, Adam Streisand, read. “Jaafar opened the package alone in his bathroom and tested it on a piece of paper. Mrs. Jackson and security heard the sound coming from the second floor of the house.

“Immediately, security went upstairs and confiscated the stun gun,” the statement continued. “Mrs. Jackson took control over it and then had it removed from the house. There was no other incident. Blanket Jackson never saw or heard the taser. Neither did Paris Jackson. Prince saw the taser in the possession of security. There is no second stun gun.”

And the attorney said the children are all fine.

“All of the kids are happy, healthy and wonderful and that is Mrs. Jackson’s only objective and concern.”

TMZ was first to report that a stun gun was reportedly confiscated by the DCFS at the home where the late Michael Jackson’s children live.

According to the report, Jermaine Jackson’s son, Jaafar, 13, bought the stun gun online.

The Web site claimed Randy told them the stun gun was locked up after it was delivered to the home three weeks ago, but TMZ reported the children were playing with it just last week.

Security at the Jackson home reportedly found some of the children playing with a stun gun and, “trying to zap each other, including Blanket.”

One of the security guards reportedly “stopped Jermaine’s kids from stunning Blanket,” the Web site claimed.

A source reportedly told TMZ that one of Jermaine’s children also pointed the stun gun at Prince Michael, Michael Jackson’s oldest son.

TMZ reported that DCFS visited the Jackson home on Monday night and interviewed Katherine Jackson. Some children were also reportedly interviewed.

Later on Tuesday, members of the Jackson family reportedly told the DCFS that Michael’s children were not in danger, or in the room with the stun gun, according to TMZ.

And on Tuesday night, a source close to the Jackson family who spoke to Access, said DCFS officers had visited the Hayvenhurst home on Tuesday. They were investigating an incident involving a taser or other type of shocking device, the source said.

Bully cousins of the late Michael Jackson’s youngest son Blanket tried to zap the 8-year-old with a stun gun, according to a TMZ report.

Citing multiple sources, TMZ says that Jaafar Jackson, the 13-year-old son of Jermaine Jackson, purchased a stun gun online three weeks ago. The children were allegedly caught playing with the weapon in the house last week. In one reported incident, a security guard had to stop “Jermaine’s kids from stunning Blanket.”

On Monday, social workers from the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services visited the Jackson family home in Encino, Calif. (where matriach Katherine Jackson lives with several of her grandchildren) and confiscated the weapon.

With a second stun gun apparently still not recovered, DCFS is reportedly making a return visit to the home on Tuesday, TMZ says.

Blanket is the youngest of the late pop star’s three kids; grandmother Katherine is also guardian to his brother Prince Michael, 13 and sister Paris, 11.

We broke the story that DCFS came to the Jackson family house in Encino last night at around 10:30 after someone told them that Jaafar ordered the gun. Randy Jackson tells TMZ the gun was delivered to the house 3 weeks ago—but was intercepted by security.

Katherine Jackson’s lawyer, Adam Streisand, tells TMZ Katherine took control of the gun and locked it up. We’re told DCFS took the gun away last night.

Streisand tells TMZ two people from DCFS conducted interviews last night at the house. They spoke with Katherine and some of the children. Michael Jackson’s three kids live at the home, along with some of their cousins.

Both Randy and Streisand tell TMZ none of the children ever got hold of the gun.

As we first reported, DCFS is coming back today to conduct further interviews.

The press conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza, in the Star Plaza Theatre, 800 E. 81^st Avenue in Merrillville, IN. The hotel is just 10 minutes from the childhood home of Jackson.

The Fanvention will take place during the weekend of August 26 – 29, 2010. The event, organized by Fluid Productions, LLC in partnership with the Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza in Merrillville is expected to attract over ten thousand enthusiastic Michael Jackson fans from around the world to celebrate Jacksons’ legacies of humanity, love for the environment and music.

Donald Thompson, event director, said “This is the only event of its kind in the world because it is the only event that will be held so close to his boyhood home. We felt that Indiana was the perfect place to host an event that will highlight Michael’s life and music. It just makes sense. It all began here.”

The Fanvention, which is a combination of the words “fan” and “convention”, will include autograph and photo sessions with people that worked with and knew Michael. Members of the Jackson family will be in attendance and will participate in question and answer sessions about Michael. A dance party and gala are also scheduled. Tours will also run to the Jackson family home throughout the weekend. Vendors will be on hand to sell memorabilia and collector’s items. A special salute to Jackson will be performed by young entertainers from the northwest Indiana area on Sunday.

“They’re doing great, thanks to the love and support they’ve gotten,” Adam Streisand, an attorney for their grandmother and guardian Katherine Jackson, told PEOPLE in an interview before Murray’s surrender.

Seconds longtime family friend Kathy Hilton, “They’re getting along and they have an incredible family.”

Since their father’s death last summer, the children have been living at Katherine’s Encino, Calif., estate with cousins and other relatives, growing in maturity and confidence as they play with friends and go on outings – now without wearing masks and free of the chaos that once followed their father.

“With the kids running around the house, laughing, playing, they’ve given each other a lot of joy,” says Streisand.

Seeking a Normal Life
The trio’s older cousins, who joined Prince and Paris on stage at the Grammys Jan. 31 when they accepted their father’s Lifetime Achievement Award (shy Blanket was deemed “too young” to take the stage that night, says Streisand), have become mentors to Michael’s kids, who remain a tight-knit group.

Helping Katherine raise the kids is their nanny Grace Rwaramba, who had stopped working for Michael before his death but returned afterward upon Katherine’s request. Some Jackson family members don’t support Rwaramba’s involvement, but a source says, “Katherine’s made it very clear that it’s important to her that Grace is around. She knows the kids are more important to her than anything.”

Katherine and Rwaramba are working to ensure that Michael’s kids lead as normal a life as possible. “Nothing over-the-top happens” at home, says a family source. Instead, there are school lessons (they are tutored at the house), iChatting sessions and family dinners.

The children go to karate lessons, the library and church. And even though Katherine may be strict (Prince and Paris had to go behind her back to attended the New Moon premiere last November, says a source), she is also giving them room to grow. “Katherine really listens to the kids,” says Streisand. “She wants to give them a sense of freedom when she can. She wants to encourage them.”

Building Confidence
Being normal also means a lot less spectacle. When the children venture out in public, their faces are no longer concealed. “They like not wearing the masks,” the family source says of the trio. “It’s a different experience for them.”

Another source notes that Prince and Paris have become more confident over the past several months. “It would have been hard to imagine them going out in public or showing up at someone’s house hanging out and playing video games before [their father died],” says the source. “That had a lot to do with Michael, because every time he showed up there were bodyguards and [chaos]. And now, not so much. It feels much more normal and they’ve adjusted really well to that.”

And yet, their father’s influence lives on.

“Talking to Prince is like talking to Michael,” says the family source. “He’s so smart and mature – way beyond his age.” Paris, meanwhile, “wants to be a singer.”

Adds grandfather Joe, “I was so proud of my grandchildren [at the Grammys]. But I’m always proud of them.”

In full view, Paris touchingly spoke at dad’s memorial in July, and she and Prince Michael appeared at the Grammys last Sunday to charmingly accept a special tribute for him.

I’m sure they miss daddy and some of the fun games he played, but there must also be a bittersweet sense of relief that they can finally throw away their freak umbrellas and be seen and heard without fear or self-consciousness.

Prince and Paris, who accepted the King of Pop’s Lifetime Achievement Award on their late father’s behalf at the Grammy Awards on Sunday (31Jan10), have recorded a poem and some special words for the re-release of the 1985 USA For Africa hit, which has been re-recorded to aid the Haiti earthquake relief effort.

Little brother Blanket, who was too nervous to take the stage at the Grammys, has joined them.

A family insider tells WENN, “They wanted to put a special message on the song—a message that echoes everything their father wanted for the world.”
